![]() There is also a small chance that the blue portal will be there naturally when a stage creates itself. Three to five Newt Altars spawn on each level.Īfter activating it, once you complete the teleporter event, a special blue portal will spawn that will teleport you to the Bazaar Between Time as opposed to the next stage. To access the Bazaar Between Time, you have to find a Newt Alatar that costs one Lunar Coin to activate. There is a special kind of Lunar Pod called Lunar Buds at the Bazaar Between Time that costs two Lunar Coins instead, but you will know what Lunar Item you are buying. These will always contain a Lunar Item, though the item it drops is random. Lunar Pods are scattered through the maps and can be opened for one Lunar Coin. Lunar Coins will always carry over between runs. They can be randomly dropped by an enemy, dropped by using the Forgive Me Please item, obliterating yourself at the Obelisk (you will get more if you have the Beads of Fealty and defeat the boss), and completing the game by defeating the main boss and escaping. Both ways will require Lunar Coins, which have four ways of being obtained. Risk of Rain 2: The Ultimate Captain Guide - TheGamer Item and Equipment. They do not spawn from regular chests or bosses, but instead can only be obtained through Lunar Pods or bought at the Bazaar Between Time. r/riskofrain - My Acrid items and equipment tier list for looping. Otherwise, I'll scrap on sky meadows for the soups :) All of the items in that tier are in S or high A for everything leading up to Commencement.Unlike other items, there are only two ways to actually obtain Lunar Items. Basically, if it's in that tier, I keep them if I need to do the pillars OR if I can skip pillars while my equipment is the forgive me please. The second tier from the top mostly has to do with a) whether you need to do pillars or not and b) whether you are fighting mithrix with a forgive me please. The Railgunner is one of Risk of Rain 2 's new characters. Whenever I say "scrap fodder", items that can't be scrapped are instead placed on whether I'd choose to use them knowing I can't get rid of them (like void & lunar items) or just how good they are in general (like equipment). Published The Railgunner is a new character added into Risk of Rain, and she's very useful when used effectively. I tried placing items in their own order in each tier, but I got a lil lazy so don't take individual tier placements too seriously! Also, I placed equipment assuming I had no gestures of the drowned, since that item makes some equipment stronger and some equipment frustrating to use (like the recycler hehe). I don't use lunars for most eclipse runs, but I placed them where they'd go if I regularly did pick them up. If I did this for each individual Survivor, tri-tips might go a little lower on some characters while some items would go higher! Items like the tri-tip dagger gives every character a damage boost with just one stack, but characters like Commando or Bandit will get more use from one tri tip than Artificer would, so that's why I have it in the S tier. There are plenty of other situations where the item list would shuffle around greatly, especially in the context of the Survivor being played, so I tried my best to factor in the broad usefulness of items based on how many Survivors benefit from them. This list is from the perspective of someone mostly playing eclipse runs! I've beaten E8 on Commando and Huntress but the rest of the Survivors are at most up to E5. This is just my own opinion and I'm posting this cuz I'd love to talk about disagreements on where I placed stuff! ![]()
